Welcome
We at St. Elizabeth's have been called together by the Holy Spirit to become a community of God's people as we devote our time and share our talents and treasure to help one another as witnesses to the gospel. Our strength lies in our diversity and common purpose as we welcome all visitors and work together to carry out our mission of devotion to God and stewardship to others in the framework of a Catholic parish community.

Weather Cancellations:    We do not tend to cancel anything going on at the CHURCH regardless of weather conditions.  Anything scheduled at the SCHOOL is usually on the Montgomery County plan.  However, please click on the Cancellations link in our menu listings on the bottom of this page and we'll put specific information, if we have it, there!   NOTE:  We have no power at the church today (February 6th) which also means no phones; we're not planning on Mass tonight and will see what tomorrow holds.  Stay tuned for updated info!

Lent is Coming Ash Wednesday falls on February 17th this year, so our small faith sharing groups are forming now.  See the bulletin for further details or print off this form to use in signing up.  This is a great commitment to make for the six weeks of Lent ... and takes just 1 1/2 hours per week.
Prayers for Haiti - This poor country, so in need of our help and prayers before, now needs them more than ever.  All parishes in the Archdiocese are taking up a collection this weekend which will go to Catholic Relief Services for help in Haiti.  Please come to Mass prepared to give whatever you can to help the hundreds of thousands who have been affected by the recent earthquake.  Thank you!  FYI, our own sister parish in Magagnosse and Labadie near Cap Haitian we have yet to be able to reach but because of their location and distance from Port au Prince, we are anticipating that they are ok. They are located on the north side of the island.
Ash Wednesday February 17th; Masses will be celebrated at 7am, 9:45am, 11:30am, 6pm and 7:30pm.  Ashes will be distributed DURING each Mass, NOT at any other time!
