Welcome
We at St. Elizabeth's have been called together by the Holy Spirit to become a community of God's people as we devote our time and share our talents and treasure to help one another as witnesses to the gospel. Our strength lies in our diversity and common purpose as we welcome all visitors and work together to carry out our mission of devotion to God and stewardship to others in the framework of a Catholic parish community.

Weather Cancellations:    We do not tend to cancel anything going on at the CHURCH regardless of weather conditions.  Anything scheduled at the SCHOOL is usually on the Montgomery County plan.  However, please click on the Cancellations link in our menu listings on the bottom of this page and we'll put specific information, if we have it, there!   NOTE:  We have no power at the church today (February 6th) which also means no phones; we're not planning on Mass tonight and will see what tomorrow holds.  Stay tuned for updated info!

Lent is Here We have lots of special activities during Lent to help you celebrate a season of change for the better on your way to Easter.
The Light is on For You - Opportunities for the sacrament of Reconciliation are available throughout Lent and throughout the Archdiocese.  Every Wednesday at every parish, confessions are being heard between 6:30 and 8pm.  Also, here at St. Elizabeth's you may also receive the sacrament between 3:30 and 5pm on Saturdays, on Good Friday, between noon and 5pm, and at our annual Lenten Reconciliation Service on Monday, March 22nd, 7:30pm
Interested in Becoming Catholic? A new series of inquiry has just begun.  Contact Kathy Swartz (301.881.1380 / saint.elizabeth@verizon.net) for more information!
